Arcscorer
We have been having trouble with Arcscorer on some bridge nights at our club when the tablets can not connect to the router.
It's not every time but recently there have been two occasions when we have reverted to filling in travellers again.
Has anyone else had similar experiences, and is there a solution.
The support man keeps adjusting wifi parameters on the computer but has no real solution.
He insists that it does not occur elsewhere.

Is there a neighbouring building with a stronger wifi than yours that could be swamping your signal? The support guy is probably trying to find a clear channel not in conflict with a nearby signal.
