Was my play entirely unethical?
Just a situation in the EBU BBO game today....From QJ10x in dummy and Axx in hand, I finessed the Queen losing to the K on my left. Righty then asked for an undo, so I led the Q again from dummy, Righty played the same card so (aware I really shouldnt) I put the Ace on knowing Righty had the King. No damage done except that if the King had been singleton, would my play have been allowed?
As a general rule though, can one use an undo in the play to adapt your play?
PS Undos arent allowed in the EBU BBO normally, but it was the last hand and a claim had been rejected so there was some confusion!

If you do allow an undo (let's say for a valid reason), then the K will become a major penalty card, so it's OK to play the Ace.
If you're just being kind, well you've already decided to play by a different set of rules.
Also, the K won't be singleton - if it was, why would LHO request an undo as he has to play it?
RHO asked for the undo
Minor correction...I put the Ace on knowing LEFTY had the King
