In the player management tab I can't find out from the EBUScore manual what the following button/tick box do, and how they may alter the current set up.
1."Set handicap File" button
2 "Use Average for handicaps" tick box

    "Set Handicap File" allows you to store Handicaps in a file. When you start a new event, you can instruct it to use that Handicap File in the Events Details ('Preset Handicap Files'). So this allows you to use the same handicaps over a period of time (say quarterly) rather than be subject to variations after every game. It also allows yout to invent your own Handicap scheme and use each time. Both would be mainly be useful for nonEBU clubs.

    If unticked, it will add player handicaps together as a pair and apply. Ticking it means it uses the average of the two player handicaps. There is no universal handicap method in bridge so it gives the user an option on method.
