EBUScore Movement Editor Issue

Hi All,

I was trying to type in a movement to EBUScore Pairs and received this error message when trying to save:

The movement I'm trying to add has 13 tables and 9 board sets, so there isn't a board 11 and there certainly isn't a pair -3! Has anyone had a message like this before and do you know if there's a way round it?

Comments

  • Apologies I've now found the error although the pair number -3 still seems odd as it was actually pair 10 I'd managed to duplicate. Anyway no problem now.

  • The error is easily reproducible and a coding mistake.
You have entered a nonMitchell Movement so have unique numbers 1-26.
When you entered 10 in the EW column when there is already a another pair 10 playing the same board, the program assumes its an EW pair and works that out as PairNumber - NumTables which is 10 - 13 which is -3 !!
The error is it has treated it as a Mitchell and the fix is to remove the '-NumTables' part!
    Thanks for raising this.

  • The same bug is in ClubPairs so I will correct it in due course.
