I think I see this in the same light as for EBU service #5?
The process of appealing against TD ruling creates a lot of ill-will within the player community. Do we need move to a world where the referee’s decision is final?
All discussion about the interpretation of the Laws concentrates on the letter of the Law rather than the spirit of the Laws – is that the right emphasis?
