Query: a player at East position of table 9 calls TD saying he has only 12 cards. When checked the missing card is found at table 6. 7 and 8 played with 1 card missing and no one called the director.
At table 9, Law 14A applies and the hand is played.
At tables 6?, 7, 8, Law 14B applies. The card is deemed to have belonged to the East hand. It is too late for any automatic penalty for any revoke. Unless North/South can point to any actual damage that arose from the East hand revoking, the recorded result at table 6, 7, 8.
