Dear TD Contact
The Bidding Box, Bridgemates and Screen Regulations of the EBL have been updated and appear on the EBL site (regulations/conditions of contest) and are also attached here for your convenience.
The Regulations have been rearranged to make the differences between screens and non-screen procedures clearer, and there are some wording changes, but there is only one significant change.
Previous version:
It is the responsibility of North/South to make sure that the whole auction is visible on each side of the screen.
Revised version:
Both sides are responsible to make sure that the whole auction is visible on each side of the screen.
Please bring this change to the attention of the TDs in your NBO.
