I am looking for a table to convert IMPs to VPs in a team match.
Does this table depend on the number of boards played?

Yes it depends on the number of boards.
EBU White Book has tables of Victory Points in section 3.1 http://www.ebu.co.uk/laws-and-ethics/white-book
There is also a tool which produces VP scales on the EBU website http://www.ebu.co.uk/laws-and-ethics/vp-scales
