Scores incorrectly checked

In a recent tournament, one table managed to submit the result of one board with one of the defenders as declarer. I think the correct adjustment would be to give both pairs Ave-(as N and E were both at fault) but I wanted to test.
The best reference I've been able to find is from the 2024 White Book, para 3.3.10, p61 in the PDF.
Does that make sense?

  • White Book 3.4.10 is about putting the wrong board number in the bridge-mate.

Surely you can correct the score, either in the bridge-mate, or in the scoring program?

If you are saying that the board was played in an arrow-switched way when it shouldn't have been, then that is different and you would want WB 3.3.2.

  • Change to the correct score (Law 79 c 2). White book says Director can do this even after the correction period.

  • Correction. Law itself says Director can do this.
