Violations of procedure?
There are some people at our club who, when declaring, either point or count (sometimes aloud!) the number of tricks they've made and then announce how many more tricks are required for their contract. When defending, I find this offputting as it alters the tempo of the hand. (there's even one person in our club who hums aloud while playing the hand as declarer, which drives me up the wall!)
Law 74C4 suggests that it's a violation of procedure to draw attention to the number of tricks remaining to be made. However, the law book seems to make no comment whatsoever on how to handle this situation. Should we just call the director to bring the matter to their attention and hope they desist from this in future?

LAW 90 - PROCEDURAL PENALTIES
A. Director’s Authority
The Director, in addition to implementing the rectifications in
these Laws, may also assess procedural penalties for any
offence that unduly delays or obstructs the game,
inconveniences other contestants, violates correct
procedure, or requires the award of an adjusted score.
In practice I would expect the TD to start with a request that they stop doing this, but repeated instances could be subject to a PP.
