Board not played

If a board is entered in a bridgemate as 'not played', how does EBU Score allot the score for that board?
Is there a formula?

EBUScore assumes the board was not played for some good/scheduled reason. It does not award an artificial score for the board, just reduces the number of boards played by the pairs.

If no result is possible (Law 12C2) the director should assign an artificial score, e.g. 60/40, 50/50, 40/40, according to Law 12C2.
See White Book (search for "not played" in bold) for the EBU view on misuse of "Not Played" (WB 8.12.9)
