Blue Book is under careful (slow) and major revision, for later in the year. There will be more structure for clubs/counties options for alerting/announcing and permitted agreements.
I have been editing the White Book today and it is on track for 1st August. The major change is documenting the divvying up of L&EC responsibilities/roles between the new Regulation Committee and Conduct Committee.
There will NOT be a revised Blue Book in August 2025. The Regulation Committee are working on a major revision of the Blue Book and it will appear later in the year.
The Regulation Committee met in December and plans to meet again in March.
Before March there will be a committee-draft of a new slimmed-down Blue Book - announcing/alerting and permitted agreements.
There will not be a "Blue Book 2025"; the "Blue Book 2026" will appear between April and August.

I wonder if there is any update on the revision of the Blue Book ?
