Scorebridge problem- urgent help needed.
Could someone please help me with the following problem that our scorer encountered last night.
We set up scorebridge and bridgemates last night. At the end of the session, one could see the rankings and percentage scored on the bridgemate screen but unfortunately the scorebridge didn't take any of the scores. Could please help us by giving us a step by step note on how to retrieve/ transfer scores from bridgemate onto scorebridge ? Also, please let me what could have gone at the set up stage of the event on scorebridge ?
Your urgent guidance would be much appreciated.

Perhaps dodging the issue:
1. Locate the .bws created during the session
2. Install EBUScore Pairs
3. Import the .bws into EBUScore Pairs
Thank you Robin. Much appreciated.
It happened to me once about 8 years ago and I’ve looked but, sorry I’ve not found how I resolved it. I remember the computer had “frozen”, but the BridgeMates kept working. This sounds like what has happened to you.
I’m sure BridgeMate will be able to advise how to reimport the .bws file to recover the event. They are very helpful. Contact details below.

It's still not sorted. Will contac Scorebridge and Bridgemate people tomorrow. I have been able to locate BCS log file . Also found BWS file . I have reloaded and retrieved event on scorebridge but it does not allow me to import file into scorebridge. I have tried everything bu5 no success.
Thank you, Steve, for information above.
Thanks Steve
Sure, I tried everything to retrieve the data but some of the files were corrupt particularly the bws file. We managed to find a log file and printed them off and then laborously entered the results manually on scorebridge and when all done, pressed the saved & all done button. Then, suddenly, a pop up window appeared to ask if we wanted to retrieve an event from the BCS ! How ironic ? We wasted several hours. I also spoke to atleast 10 experienced directors of which 2 of them asked me to send a bws file which was not possible as this file was corrupt.
So the lesson for any future occurrence of this kind of problem is to finalise the result on scorebridge by pressing the all done button and then it will ask you if I wanted to retrieve the data. QED ! Steve, I appreciate your help and effort to point me in the right direction. Thank you so much.

Worth knowing (and printing off) for any future occurrences. 👍
