Setting up a BBO pairs session

Haven't actually done this before. (Or if I have it is so long ago I have forgotten!)

Do I need a vEBU account or can I set it up under my BBO EBU_11 account?

The event will be a Corwen 9 High qualifier in January. So it will be organised under NEBA.

And what happens to the money?
