EBU score problem
Our club recently bought a new laptop and installed EBU score on it. When we run our duplicates we display the results on a large screen during the last round. We do this by clicking the 'Show ranks' button. This brings up a web page which scrolls the current ranks and updates when a new result is entered in a Bridgemate.
However since we bought the new laptop this screen does not update. Instead a new window opens with the ranks in text format. Every time a new result is entered into the bridgemate another new window opens. Also a few times EBUscore has stopped responding altogether when this happens. We have had to close it down a restart it.
Is there a way to stop the text format window opening so we can get back to what we had before?

Hi, on the Bridgemate Scoring screen in EBUScore on the right hand side you can choose between Notepad and Scroll. If you select Scroll this should resolve this issue. Jonathan
