What cards do you use and how often do you replace them?
We have always bought and used Piatnik linen finish playing card which are expensive. Some members complain the minute they anything less than glossy new. I am wondering whether we should buy cheaper cards and replace them more often. What criteria do you use to decide when to bin them and replace with new?

After posting this (and getting sero replies) it occurred to me that this might not be an issue to most other Bridge Clubs who are generally bigger/more active than mine and that most other Bridge Clubs have a dealing machine (which we don’t and clearly hand dealing must add significantly to ‘wear and tear).’ We can’t afford the £4,000 for a Duplimate I wonder if there are cheaper options?
