9.5 Tables Rover

Could someone please let me know, for a 9.5 Mitchell Table Rover movement, the Rover progression sequence, where Table 1 N/S does not sit out.

The Rover plays at 1, 5, 9, 2, 4, 7, 3, 6 but will play against one pair twice if you play the complete movement. (Just noticed you don't want T1 to sit out. Why not renumber so that the pair who doesn't sit out is T8?)
Otherwise you might play a Bowman/1.5T Appendix Mitchell.
