Adjusted score after use of an illegal agreement - help needed.
Teams Scoring
The hands:
The bidding (table1):
The bidding (table 2)
The 2C is illegal per BB5D1(b), so I have to decide what would happen without the 2C opener.
Currently, my thoughts were that a South that wil bid 5S over 5D in the situation in table 1 will do so however EW get to 5D.
Is this a resonable assumption?
If so, does it then depend on whether I think EW will find 6D?
Or should I just say that the possibliites are too numerous and award AV+, AV- (teams version)?
Thanks in advance.

EBU regulations do not seek an assigned score following an illegal agreement, and instead awards an artificial score: AVE-/AVE+.
It is difficult to assign a score based on the offending side not having an illegal agreement - it is the agreement that is illegal not the call - and if we try to assign a score based on an auction where they have different (legal) agreements, we quickly end up in Law 12C1(d) territory - numerous possibilities - which leads to AVE-/AVE+
White Book has multiple section giving the adjustment for an illegal agreement.
Thanks, Robin.
