Duplicate Bridge Movements - Machine Readable Format ?
Question 1:-
Are the Movements in the EBU Manual of Duplicate Bridge Movements published in machine readable format, ie as a PDF file or an eBook?
Question 2:-
Are there any Duplicate Bridge Movements that are published in Machine Readable formats?
Comments
Well they are mostly available in EBUScore or Scorebridge format text files; would that do what you want?
Yes they would do very nicely. Are the EBUScore text files available online, and if they are could you direct me to the site from which I can download them?
Are they protected by copyright etc or are they free for use by anyone?
They are text files in the folders of the scorer, as attached here, which have no copyright limitations. If you have created your own movements, they will be in a similar file with the name PSUserMovements or TSUserMovements.
Each table has one line, with the rounds shown one after the other as NS,EW,Boardset,NS,EW,Boardset etc.
Thanks Gordon, but what I was actually looking for (but did not explain) were movements for Individual Events, particularly the ones from the EBU Movements Handbook.
Could you by any chance send me the .txt file for these? Many thanks.
Here you are.
Thanks very much, Gordon
