The Sky-Blue Book says that players may consult their notes when playing online. Would this include notes about how best to play certain suit combinations? I assume that using software like suitplay.com would not be allowed.
I would interpret "own system card and notes" as meaning things that were written by the partnership. We haven't yet had any cases on this to test the boundaries. One of the limiting factors on what players can do is that they are responsible for keeping to time.
